Founded in 2003, Equilibrium Engineers LLC offers full service structural engineering consulting to architects, developers, contractors and building owners. We are located in Lake Oswego, Oregon, 8 miles south of downtown Portland. Equilibrium Engineers LLC is a small firm with a diverse client base. Our small size and diverse projects combine to create a dynamic work atmosphere.
WOU Richard Woodcock Center for Education
2 story, 53,000 square foot wood framed building with faculty offices, classrooms and gathering spaces. The structure will be framed using advanced framing techniques, and uses cross laminated timber (CLT) in both floor and bearing wall applications. The project is currently in construction. C-TRAN Rapid Transit Corridor & Transit Center Shelters
New Shelter and Foundation Design to Support 22 new Stations and Outbuildings, Includes a 24,000 s.f. Maintenance Facility Expansion and Renovation, doubling the space to provide maintenance for C-Tran and Community Partner Vehicles.A 17,300 s.f. Transit Center Including 4 steel and glass canopy shelters, smoking and bike shelters, and a 900 s.f. Driver Relief Building. The site also includes a 300 ft walkway that is covered by steel supported glass canopies.
OMSI Coastal Discovery
Located in the heart of Newport, Oregon, three new wood framed cabins and a wood framed dining hall are the realization of OMSI's vision for the new Coastal Discovery Center at Camp Gray to create a 20-acre science camp and living laboratory serving 100,000 children and families over the next 20 years.
